Each day at The Makers' Festival begins with an exciting group welcome, where children discover the creative theme of the day and gear up for hands-on fun! With two crafting workshops daily, your child will explore different materials and techniques while making their own colourful, imaginative creations to take home.
Between sessions, we keep the energy high with lively team games, playful challenges, and moments for laughter and connection. From start to finish, every child is encouraged to explore, express, and enjoy the process of making—while building confidence, friendships, and lasting memories.

What food/drink should my child bring?
Please pack a nut-free packed lunch along with enough snacks to keep your child energised throughout the day. We encourage healthy options to support their focus and energy levels. Each child should also bring a clearly labelled water bottle. We recommend packing enough drinks to last the day, preferably non-fizzy options.
What are the drop-off and pick-up times?
The standard day runs from 8:30am to 3:30pm, with the option to extend the fun until 5:30pm for an additional charge of £15.
What if my child requires medication?
If your child needs medication during the day, please ensure it is clearly labelled and either kept with them or handed to a staff member upon arrival.
Can my child bring personal devices?
Children may bring personal devices at their own risk. However, we are not responsible for lost or damaged items, so we encourage children to keep them safe or leave them at home.
What should my child wear?
We encourage children to wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement, creativity, and active play.
Should I pack extra clothing for my child?
For younger children, we recommend packing a spare set of clothes in case of any accidents.
